What we offer
Whether it be just for you, you and your bestie, you and the girls, some Mother and Baby bonding or play time for Mummy and toddler, we like to think we cover all bases.
Artemis Mother & Baby Classes
Bonding for you and your baby whilst getting fit!
Artemis: our brand of Mother & Baby Group Exercise classes. Meet like minded Mums who are keen to bond with their baby's and work on their fitness.
We offer three options: Buggy Classes, Studio-based classes & Small Group Studio-based classes. All sessions are able to cater for children from 6wks old to pre-school age.
The studio classes are designed to use the weight and positioning of your baba as the resistance to your workout. Exercises will incorporate options for both holding your baba or using a harness.
The Buggy classes are designed to use the movement and weight of your pushchair to create a calorie burn. This could be as a circuits or simply a walk with exercise stations.
Our sessions will be 1hr in duration with a 45min exercise segment to allow you enough time around the workout to settle in - no rushing around here!
The classes are suitable for any Mother who has been cleared by their GP to exercise (generally around 6-10wk post birth).

Private 1:1 Training
Time away from it all to focus on you!
Held at the First Steps Fitness studio in Tadpole Garden Village, Swindon, our 1:1 sessions give you access to a full kitted out, clean and safe workout space.
Prior to your first 1:1 you will be invited to attend your free of charge consultation which must be completed prior to commencing any exercise with us. We will then gain an understanding of what you are looking to achieve which will allow us to personalise all of your sessions around your goals.
To make the sessions even more manageable you will be able to bring your baby with you! We are able to cater for children from 6wks old to pre-school age.

Nutrition has never been as complicated as it is now - Keto, Vegetarian, Vegan, High Protein, Low Carb - it's all too confusing!
We are here to help you make sense of this complicated area.
This session isn't designed to tell you exactly what to eat gram for gram, more to educate you to make good decisions on what you put into your body.
With sessions being easily accessible online or in person, it has never been easier to gain more knowledge on an area that is ever expanding and crucially important to healthily living.
Sessions last a maximum of 1hr and follow-up sessions can be booked at a discounted rate after your first session.

What could be better than a non-judgemental sweat session? Maybe a glass of wine but that's why we do these sessions so we can enjoy the little things in life like the occasional glass of wine or bar of chocolate.
We have such busy lives that having an hour to ourselves is precious so we have tried to squeeze as much as possible into the sessions to create a well-rounded workout of cardio, resistance and stretching; with the potential for a little bit of quiet time at the end.
We don't care how red faced and sweaty we are at the end of our workouts so now is the time for you to feel the same!
Pregnancy & Postnatal Fitness

Pregnancy is a time in a Women's life where improvements in your fitness need to take a back seat. That doesn't mean to stop exercising, exercise is incredibly beneficial during pregnancy. The problem is...do you actually know how you should be exercising and what you should be avoiding?
Did you know it takes a special qualification to be able to instruct and educate ladies during pregnancy and into the Postnatal period? When searching for the Trainer to help you ensure they have this qualification to protect you and your baby from harmful exercises.
We are one of the few places who can hold their hands up and say WE CAN HELP! Not only that...we have been there, done that, got the t-shirt.
We currently offer Prenatal Classes both in the Studio and Online as well as Private 1:1 sessions for Pregnant ladies at any stage of Pregnancy.

I've been in the Fitness and Hospitality Industry since graduating with my BSc in Sports Science in 2009. I started off as a Personal Trainer and Class Instructor working (my socks off) up to a Regional Leisure Club Manager and completing my Pre and Postnatal Certification in Fitness and Nutrition.
I developed a love for fitness whilst working towards my Sport & Fitness Diploma in 2005. Since then I have worked as a Personal Trainer and Les Mills Class Instructor and recently completed my Pre and Postnatal Certification in Fitness and Nutrition.
